These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Oranga mobile application ("App") operated by Oranga ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You may not share your account with others or create accounts for third parties without their consent.
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at Decazi@pm.me

3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
- Upload or share content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- Post spam, advertisements, or unsolicited commercial content.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or other users' accounts.
- Use the App to distribute malware or engage in any activity that disrupts the service.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post ("User Content"). By posting User Content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the App.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not endorse any User Content and have no obligation to monitor it, although we may do so at our discretion.

5. Premium Subscription & In-App Purchases

Subscription name: Oranga Premium
Billing period: Monthly (auto-renewing)
Price: The price is displayed in the App at the point of purchase in your local currency as set by the App Store. Prices may vary by region.

Oranga Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refund is issued for the remaining period except where required by applicable law.

A free trial may be offered to new subscribers. The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store Terms and Conditions.

6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, code, logos, and content (excluding User Content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- your use of or inability to use the App;
- any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein;
- any interruption or cessation of the App.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
